Please notice that the pool is communal, so we ask you to respect the neighbors during quiet hours and follow the pool rules.

🫧 Jacuzzi & Sauna:

Click here to get instructions on how to find the jacuzzi and sauna. Please notice that it is communal for all the residents of the complex, so if there is any issues with it, please understand that it is beyond our control, but we will contact the management in case of need.

🅿️ Parking:

To open the parking gate, dial the number: +35796418246. Then you can park on either of the B301 spots. Please notice that we have 2 parking spots but 3 Studios. If both of the spots are occupied, you can park in any of the undesignated spots, or on the street just outside the complex.

🍔 Ordering Food:

You can use apps like Wolt or Foody to order food from out, in this case use the following address:

🗑️ Garbage Disposal:

You may use the big large green bins on the main streets for the disposal of your garbage.
